This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Financial Advisor wanting to work with Professional clients, and be based remotely from home on a rewarding employed package with no micro-management.

The area covered will be Dorchester, Weymouth and Yeovil.

It is a multi-tied opportunity with one of the UK’s oldest ‘mutuals’, providing bespoke financial advice to clients in the teaching profession. The company is fully endorsed by the National Union of Teachers (NUT).

Apart from meeting with existing clients our client also arranges school visits for the Financial Advisor to run group meetings with a view to developing new clients. You will also work closely with the local NUT representatives.

There are 4 salary tiers, though most FA’s start on tier one with the opportunity to move up rapidly, based on results.

The tiers are

• £25,000 plus £6,000 expense allowance
• £30,000 plus £7,200 expense allowance
• £35,000 plus £9,600 expense allowance
• £40,000 plus £12,000 expense allowance

There is a low validation level of £63,800 per annum with bonuses then ranging from 30% to 90% on production above this level dependent on salary tier – on tier one the bonus element is between 30% and 60%. However In year one the validation level is reduced, and in your first 4 months bonuses will be paid at 50%, rather than starting at 30%.

To be considered you must be:

• Fully CeFA qualified (or equivalent)
• Be well on the way to achieving Diploma status
• Be a currently registered and CAS Financial Advisor
• Have a proven track record of success, and a stable career background

As this is a remotely based role you must be able to work efficiently from home and be able to set up an office there.
