Senior Claims Handler – Accident Management

Macclesfield, Cheshire

£17,000 – £19,000 (Uncapped Bonus Scheme)

My client is a leading Accident Management specialist located in Macclesfield, Cheshire. They pride themselves on offering their staff great benefits and achievable bonus structure with ongoing training and development.

They currently seek an experienced Senior Claims handler from an Accident Management background to join their existing team.

The position is for an immediate start

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

• Deal with Accident Claims from notification stage
• Monitor and handle existing claims (ULR Recovery)
• Build relationships with Clients and Brokers
• Diary management on individual claims
• Process your own post, cheques, TPI Liability letters
• Act as Senior member of the team dealing with all queries in managers absence.
• Experience of using PROCLAIM Case Management System will be a distinct advantage!

The successful candidate must have experience performing the above duties within Motor Claims and be able to demonstrate a positive and hardworking attitude. You will be standing in for the team manager in their absence and must possess excellent writing skills and be able to think fast on their feet.
