We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Motor Claims Negotiator to join a well established Insurance provider in the Haywards Heath area, the objective will be to develop a broad knowledge of Motor Claims whilst contributing to the department’s continuous success.

We are looking for people who are educated to degree standard, who have drive, flexibility, adaptive thinking and the ability to get the job done. This is a rare opportunity to gain a wide grounding in Motor Insurance for a progressive company, with a proven record in promoting from within and who are committed to the development of their staff.

Salary: Up to £17,500.

Key accountabilities:

• Providing assistance to the Claims Negotiators
• Providing peak time cover to the Customer Service Unit
• Liaising with Policyholders and third parties by telephone and in writing
• Data Input
• General Claims handling duties to support the department
• Deliver against agreed objectives, KPI’s and SLAs



Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Educated to degree level
• Good keyboard skills
• High standard of verbal and written communication
• High level of numeracy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
