Dealing with Commercial policies and products to meet retention and growth targets and assess and assist customers to identify their insurance needs.

Ensure that a complete review is undertaken of the current policy information and provide renewal terms on those policies which meet their our business partners, required standards
Retention & Growth of profitable business

Build strong relationships with customers.
Administer individual cases to a consistently high standard.
Ensure cases handled are contributing to the required profit criteria.
Welcome customer interaction, take ownership of customer service and consistently deliver such service to a high standard.
Provide relevant and appropriate telephone and written based advice to clients in line with personal licensing/authority and knowledge.
