Technical Paraplanner / Advisor

Our client is a National IFA, with an office in Nottingham and they are looking to appoint a Technical Paraplanner/Advisor to join their existing team.

Paraplanning duties such as report writing for wealth management clients, complying with FSA guidelines, analysing client portfolios and carrying out product research, will of course form part of your day to day duties, however, you will specifically have responsibility for pension business and in particular, pension transfers.

You will prepare and deliver pension project work and will train advisors, as well as have close contact with the management team both locally and nationally.

This role offers great challenge and prospects and is ideally suited to an existing paraplanner who wants to take that next step in their career, or to an IFA who has specialised in pensions and has also carried out paraplanning as part of their role, and may now wish to take a back seat from consultancy, whilst still utilising their knowledge and experience.

Full FPC or industry equivalent is of course required for this role, along with G60 or AF3.
