My client is a boutique chartered accountancy practice which has an unusually high quality client base for its size.

Having recruited for them over several years, I know that they provide interesting and varied work for bright, high-achieving accountants (both part qualified and qualified).

They have remained successful due to their very high level of client retention and personal recommendation with clients including international group companies and HNWI across many sectors from manufacturing to professional services.

Their high standard of service is such that they attract clients who value a highly personal approach where solutions are tailored to specific needs and answers are bespoke rather than ?run of the mill?.

At a time when they are very busy, they require someone to join them who has previous or (preferably) current experience gained within a chartered accountants or certified accountancy practice.

Working in a flat structure, you will interact significantly with both the Partners and clients in the course of your day to day work.

The Partners will tailor the work to play to your strengths however, the desire to work across accountancy, tax and audit would be ideal and will help to support your studies and CPD.

My client is very realistic and while they would like someone to stay with them for many years, they would also consider offering this role as a "stepping-stone" in order to help you further your career. Needless to say, two or more year?s service would be required in order to make their investment in you worthwhile.
