INBOUND DEBT ADVISOR / INBOUND FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS ADVISOR / DEBT SALES ADVISOR

Salary: £15,000 Basic + Excellent Bonus / Benefits

They are now looking for confident, target driven and money motivated Inbound Financial / Debt Sales Advisors to join an expanding team.

The successful candidates will have an excellent sales background and ideally debt management experience. You will be speaking to people who are struggling with Debt problems and offering them financial solution plans to reduce their current debt levels.

You will be required to run through a detailed income and expenditure with the client and advise on how the plan will benefit them to get their debts back on track. You must have excellent sales techniques to close the deal and ensure that the client returns all relevant paperwork

To succeed in this role it is ESSENTIAL that you:

•Have EITHER experience of working within Financial Services - Loans, Debt Management or Financial Claims OR, if not the experience, then the ability to talk to customers about potentially sensitive issues surrounding their debt
•Have the confidence and communication skills to build rapport with a wide range of customers
•Are highly motivated and want to achieve and exceed your targets in order to earn your bonuses
•Have a proven track record in a sales role combined with an energy and passion for what you do
•Must be used to handling sales objections, closing sales and building rapport with customers
•Able to work well under their own initiative in a challenging environment

Shift Pattern – A variable shift covering 8.30am – 5pm and 10.30am – 7pm Monday to Fridays
