General Insurance Operations Consultant
Due to a recent re-structure and department expansion, we are seeking several GI Operations Consultants to process, service and maintain both our new and existing customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take personal responsibility for delivering General Insurance Operations service standards through focused telephony and processing activity.
• Identify and refer all sales and retention opportunities, including new business, up/cross sales and retention.
• Monitor personal performance ensuring activity levels and conversion rates are achieved.
• Ensure all customer interactions and activities adhere to internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Understand and support working practices reviews, streamlining end-to-end procedures and ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Provide ideas and suggestions for improvements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience of providing Customer Service / Administration within a commercial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and the ability to pick up bespoke IT systems.
