Case Handler

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

As a Case Handler you will be responsible for the investigation and assessment of our customer's PPI claims ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered and each individual case is assessed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Key elements of the role include

Conducting a thorough investigation of the case and liaising where appropriate with the customer and other relevant third parties.
Weighing up all relevant evidence in line with the current guidelines and procedures
Producing a reasoned report detailing your investigations and conclusions in line with authorisation levels providing a full audit trail for the client and regulator
Acquiring information as necessary to perform accurate redress calculations
Producing a written response for the customer ensuring a high standard of communication is achieved Essential skills and experience

The successful candidates will

A degree or equivalent at a minimum of a 2:2 level
Experience of working in an office based environment Desirable skills and experience

Experience of working in a case management or PPI environment Personal Attributes

An eye for detail and the ability to organise own time effectively
Customer focussed with a desire to provide a world class customer service
