A new opportunity has been announced at a leading Insurance Broker in Cumbria who are looking to attract an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their already successful team offering superior account management and customer service.

They have an excellent reputation and offer a flexible approach ensuring they meet the needs of their clients in a friendly, proactive approach.

The Role

The role involves managing key client accounts offering superior customer service and advice to clients to ensure high levels of retention. Dealing with SME commercial insurance policies in a variety industries and of classes including shops, vehicles and offices; the Account Handler will manage renewals, mid term adjustments and any other general customer queries.

The Benefits

Basic salary of up to £18,000 depending on experience.

The Person

For your application to be considered, you will need experience in a similar Commercial Account Handling role with experience in the SME market. Successful candidates will be experienced in a variety of commercial insurance classes including property, motor, liability and commercial combined. The Account Handler will need excellent customer service skills, have excellent organisation and communications skills and have the ability to build strong effective relationships.
