Senior Complaint Handler

My client requires a Senior Complaints Handler with experience of handling complaint re the sale and servicing of a variety of financial products and services - eg mortgages, pensions, savings, investments and various types of insurance.

The types of background candidates might have could be:
- Working in compliance or complaints for a financial institution
- Work as an Independent or salaried Financial Advisor with a Financial Planning Certificate
- Work for a company who claim back payments for mis-sold financial products (eg payment protection)

Part of the interview process will be on knowledge on financial complaints and regulations so candidates need to have had previous exposure to this.
