Insight Manager – Research - South Coast – Career Progression

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Insight Manager to join a hugely successful financial services client in the South East.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of managing market research campaigns, be proactive and confident about forging links throughout the business and managing external partners, and have developed and actioned significant insights throughout their career.

Key responsibilities will include liaising between customer insights, market insights and internal business data and using in-depth analysis to make recommendations to the business.

Essential experience:

• Managing or directing customer/market research studies
• Commercial experience of working within an insight function
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will be in a largely autonomous role with plenty of scope for personal contribution and direction. This role would suit a candidate who would be excited by the prospect of building a team from scratch, and making tangible impact throughout the business.

You will be the sole point of contact for developing the company’s Insight function, and responsible for building a more comprehensive view of the market and of customer perceptions.

This is a permanent position based in on the South Coast, easily commutable of Brighton, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Hastings, Sussex. Salary £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus, pension, healthcare
