Commercial Account Handler

Our client is a successful Commercial Insurance Brokerage and they are currently looking to recruit an Account Handler to join their Smaller Business Team who deal with Commercial Insurance premiums up to £5,000 in value.

The role involves the Administration of client's commercial insurance requirements on a daily basis including new business enquiries, renewals, mid term adjustments, obtaining quotations and accounting procedures.

The successful candidate will have: High level inter-personal skills with the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships; Communication skills, able to communicate to people with various levels of knowledge face to face, over the telephone and in writing; Planning, organisational and time management skills; Problem solving; Computer literate and thorough understanding of Company software.

A minimum of 2 years commercial insurance experience is required and relevant insurance qualifications would be an advantage. You must also be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
