Property Claims Team Leader

Our client, a claims management organisation with an excellent history, is seeking to bolster their team with the addition of a Claims Team Leader to oversee two different work streams. Supervising a group of first notification of loss advisers as well as a team of property claims handlers, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance and ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met, offering technical assistance where required, liaising with senior management, dealing with a key client and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with the service and dealing with any complaints. We are seeking a candidate with an excellent background in both domestic claims handling (under delegated authority) and team supervision; applicants would ideally be ACII qualified, although some progress towards this would be beneficial and further professional development will be supported.
