FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR, PERMANENT, EXCELLENT COMPANY

LOCATION: Hull

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £15,500 tO £18,500 depending on previous skills and experience

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A good working knowledge of all accounts payable procedures
- Comprehensive experience of processing high volume purchase ledger invoices and dealing with related queries in a busy environment
- The ability to understand complex invoices and purchase ledger systems
- Initiative, good inter personal skills and enthusiasm for the role
- Knowledge of payroll and cash book would be advantageous

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A professional attitude and be highly organised
- To have previous experience of high volume purchase ledger/accounts payable duties
- Problem solving skills regarding ledger queries
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets
- High level of IT literacy
- Knowledge of payroll and cash book would also be beneficial

ROLE INFORMATION:
- Full time/permanent position in a friendly team
- Processing high volume ledger invoices and dealing with related queries
- Day to day administrative tasks such as dealing with email queries, filing and typing of letters
- Possibility of more responsibility to include payroll and cash book duties
