Consult Solutions are working in exclusive partnership with a freight logistics company based in Wolverhampton who are looking to recruit a qualified Financial Controller (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA).

Reporting in to the Financial Director you will be tasked with creating and implementing a new central billing system that will assist the business to meet their ambitious growth plans. My client believes that the planning and execution of this project will take 12 months to complete. This post requires a Financial Controller that can formulate strategy plans, liaising closely with IT and operations to develop financial processes and improve current systems in place. With 3 direct reports you will be responsible for all financial reporting requirements including statutory accounts, management accounts and transaction processing as well as being instrumental in providing guidance regarding the new financial systems requirements.

The successful Financial Controller will be driven, flexible and adaptable and have a strong understanding of how to introduce and maintain new financial processes.

For the right candidate this opportunity will offer valuable exposure and significant career development potential in the mid-to-long term. My client is looking to offer a salary up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits.
