Finance Assistant

My client are actively seeking a Finance Assistant to join their growing business on the outskirts of York.

Working as part of a team of 4, you will underpin the finance delivery to the business on a day to day basis. Task will include: Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Banking, Expenses and Credit Cards. Using Sage line 50, so ideally some experience with this software, or other computerised accounts software.

This is a varied and busy role requiring excellent attention to detail and a focused approach. You will be handling different currencies on a daily basis and liaising at all levels both within the business and externally. It is essential that you work well as part of a team and can deliver accurate and timely accounting. Common sense and previous experience in a Finance role is required.
