Account Manager – PPC

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pay Per Click Account Manager to join the team of a Customer Service Department within a Digital Marketing Company based in Altincham, Cheshire. In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 pa.

This is an Account Management position working as part of the MPPC team. Your role is to ensure a portfolio of accounts is managed effectively by maintaining business relationships to maximize internet marketing opportunities with a focus on quality and the customer experience.

Your duties as PPC Account Manager will include:
• To proactively manage all customer accounts, in order to maximise internet marketing opportunities
• To focus on creating opportunities to up sell, cross sell products and services that would be beneficial to the customer
• Building rapport with the customer
• Meeting KPI’s for the Account Manager role
• To deliver first class customer service and focus on quality
• Maintaining contact by managing calls, emails and any other duties assigned

The ideal MPPC Account Manager will have the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience in a Managed Pay Per Click account management role with knowledge of PPC / Adwords management / Google Analytics
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record within customer services
• Knowledge of Pay Per Click campaigns
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
