Client Services Associate

Our local corporate client is looking for experienced customer relations candidates. This team is client facing dealing with all incoming queries received by email, post as well as those transferred from other area's. The work can include anything from basic information requests, fund performance queries to FSA complaints and complex queries. The role is extremely varied and the aim is not only to respond with a level of detail and quality that exceeds the customers expectations but to address the root cause of the of the query to identify improvements that can be made to their processes.
