You'll be a proven motivational and supportive leader with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for developing the business in line with financial and quality expectations.

• You will be an experienced retail financial services branch manager with recent relevant experience

• You will have a proven ability to inspire a team to combine a strong sales focus with evidence of high standards of

customer service and achieving results.

• You will have a broad knowledge of banking products, services, regulations and operations

• You will have strong communication and development skills.

• You will have excellent attention to detail and planning and organisational skills.

• You will be flexible, positive, hardworking and driven in nature.
