Accounts Assistant
Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Accounts / Admin Assistant. Reporting to the General Manager, duties will include:
Process purchase / sales invoices
Maintain purchase ledger statement reconciliations
Produce weekly and monthly payment run
Petty cash transactions
Processing of monthly credit card statement
Credit control
Ensure all filing is complete in a timely and accurate manner
Post daily bank transactions and complete daily bank reconciliation
General admin / PA duties
Skills and experience
Previous experience within an accounts office, preferably with strong purchase ledger
Ability to use Microsoft products and be a competent excel user
Sage Line 50 - an advantage
Good organisational and administrative skills
Accuracy
