Position: Senior Account Manager
Our client is an award winning agency based in Berkshire. Operating for five years, the company has achieved steady growth through client recommendation and is now primed for future expansion through acquisition, merger and pro-active new business development.
The agency comprises 3 sectors – Design, Digital and Motion, offering clients and prospective clients an integrated solution for their marketing requirements.
They are currently on the lookout for a senior account manager to join the client services team.
The job outline as follows
To be responsible for all matters relating to specific accounts.
To handle these existing accounts through excellent customer service, thorough brief interrogation and delivery.
To maintain and develop existing client relationships in order to continue account growth, along with developing and nurturing client relationships to maintain the successful status of the account.
To handle the initial project estimates in the Traffic management system through to final invoicing & PO requests.
To deliver monthly report on account activity.
To provide back-up to FMCG account manager during absence.
To manage account exec on other projects as required.
To be a key member of the team, to assist in studio planning and work allocation to ensure adherence to timelines & budgets.
To be responsible for managing own time, as well as others around and be ultimately responsible for own project outputs (including quality control, proofing, sign off, deadlines, budgets etc)
Reporting to the managing director.
