Web Builder

We are seeking a Web Builder to work for our prestigious client based in Nottingham. Working in a busy and varied role the successful candidate will have a flexible working approach and thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Create content web pages by hard coding XHTML and CSS into our content management system. Incorporating social media applications, interactive elements, video and photography.
*Technical front end updates to major content focused areas of website using CMS system.
*General maintenance of content pages in CMS.
*Maintaining and performing daily updates on company blog.
*Working closely with writers on layout and format.
*Adhering to company style guide and maintaining shared team processes.

Skills, knowledge or experience required
*A level standard (or equivalent) in either ICT or Multimedia Design.
*Good knowledge of content management system, XHTML and CSS.
*Picture editing skills.
*Basic understanding of JavaScript, Jquery framework.
*Strong communication skills
*Works well in team environment.
*Can work to tight deadlines and is flexible to change.
*Excellent eye for detail.

The position is being offered on a full time basis and we are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday. The position is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to go permanent within 6 months.
