We have a fabulous role for a Digital Account Manager – Uxbridge – Middlesex

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, creative and seasoned digital account manager that can demonstrate a track record of managing and developing digital accounts, building client relationships, developing digital business opportunities and being involved in the direction of a digital agency.

The role will be the focal point of our digital service offering, therefore presents an opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role
Primary Functions:
• To effectively develop, manage and project coordinate digital related services to nominated key clients and to balance their need for quality and service with our need to run an efficient and profitable business.
• To take responsibility for the commercial success of key nominated accounts in line with your Line Directors requirements.
• Ensure that all client service level agreements, requirements and expectations are adhered to and managed in full on a continual basis. Be responsible for ensuring that all services continually meet our high standard in every aspect.
• As the focal point of client contact and, as our ‘gatekeeper’ to nominated clients, seek to actively grow the breadth of services, revenue streams and profitability in order to benefit their operations, our profitability and your financial and personal rewards.
• Provide consultative, technical, management and client training support to Line Directors in line with their requirements to development and introduce new clients and business.

Job Description:
• Take commercial responsibility for nominated accounts, and for their cross functional development and commercial growth.
• Take full responsibility for leading and recommending digital services provided to nominated clients and for structuring the supply through the use of internal creative, development and IT resources, along with identifying and managing necessary outsource.
• Work with the business in identifying and recommending future digital opportunities and developing the current digital proposition and supply to clients. Be the focal point for all digital service discussions and client projects.
• Understand the client, their industry and market sectors. Be mindful of the environment they work in and understand their requirements, challenges and goals. Identify and operate to simple dos and don’ts of the relationship. Have empathy with the client, to understand and recognise when the client is unhappy or unsure.
• Develop relationships with key individuals, increase network and raise the seniority level of client contacts. Underlying all of your work should be the recognition that enabling your client to deliver a great service to their business and their customers is a key objective.
• Pro-actively lead a culture of continuous improvement amongst your clients. Continuously review how we can deliver a more efficient service to our clients before they do.
• Manage Service Levels by managing day to day communications, project management and outsourcing. Drive best practice throughout, set and manage key performance indicators and take ownership of client service reviews. Ensure all project materials are correct, accurate, on time and to budget and act in a constructive manner when evaluating internal service from colleagues.
• Manage commercials of the nominated accounts. Take ownership of pricing, competitive rates and outsourced spend, along with the profit and loss of each nominated account.
• Providing Management Information based upon KPI’s and other criteria set for all financial and service driven requirements for the client. Take responsibility for, prepare and present business reviews of nominated accounts to the Line Director /as set out.
• Manage client concerns with sensitivity to achieve complete satisfaction whilst strengthening the bond between the client.
• Protect the business by carefully managing change. Identify risks, propose solutions and report back.
• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of your nominated accounts, including budgeting, pricing and invoicing.
• Work as part of the account management team and have a flexible approach to company-wide requirements.

Key Performance Criteria:
• Successful achievement of service targets set by the Client Services Director for all nominated accounts.
• Successful management and development of client relationships as judged by the clients.
• Year on year growth in Key Accounts revenues and profits in line with forecasts.
