Retail Assistant Manager / Retail Deputy Manager

EXCITING RETAIL / ASSISTANT STORE / ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER POSITION IN SHEFFIELD

Up to 28K Depending on KPI's + Bonus (% of store sales)

My client is strong, FASHION savvy, unique multi-product retailer which has roots reaching right back to 1980's. With constant growth in very well established market this 25+ stores leading retailer opens around 4 stores a year, and will continue to do so until it reaches it target of 50. Bags of progression in a very fast-paced but customer focused environment with a real opportunity to control your own store

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE RETAIL / ASSISTANT STORE / DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGER:
* Accountable for the stores performance
* You will be responsible for driving sales through KPI management
* Merchandise the store to company standards
* Dealing with cash office duties and safe
* Managing and motivating staff
* Dealing heavily with large deliveries

PREFERRED SKILLS FOR THE RETAIL / ASSISTANT STORE / DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGER
* Retail management experience necessary
* Experience in dealing with deliveries and large volumes of stock
* Good knowledge of KPIs and targets of your current or past store
* Have skills in managing large teams in a retail environment
* Good track record in delivering great customer service

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THE RETAIL / ASSISTANT STORE / DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGER
* Good communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels
* Positive outgoing attitude
* Hands on manager always wanting to lead from the front
