My Client is one of the World's leading brands who are enjoying an extremely successful time despite the hard retail environment.

They are looking for an experienced Buyer to Manage a specific Division from a buying perspective taking responsibility for the development and execution of all seasonal ranges within set timelines, meeting product assortment Initiatives and Financial goals, whilst maintaining Brand integrity.

YOU MUST BE;

*Proficient in retail Maths, including MFR and Assortment Plan relationship
*Customer, Market Place and Product expert
*Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of product experience in a Buying Office environment, preferable in clothing sector with recognised retailer
*Strong analytical skills and ability to identify commercial opportunities based on analysis produced
*Highly organised and ability to prioritise team work schedule based on broader business requirements
*Ability to routinely make confident and independent recommendations and to accept accountability for managing and achieving those business goals
*Computer proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
*Good communication skills both upwards to Senior Management and laterally to business partners both internal and external
*Strong leadership and team building skills, including the ability to motivate and influence direct business partners and a wider business audience
*Remain creative and driven when faced with challenging trading positions and/or directives from senior management
*Consistently resolve tough business issues by remaining solution oriented
*To demonstrate an ability to operate independently within set business goals, working closely with senior business partners
