Our West London based client, a global communications company, is searching for a customer-focussed Events Coordinator. In this position, you will use a solutions driven approach to plan, create and carry out events. You will be liaising directly with clients to organise events from start to finish, including any post-event client needs.

You role will involve:

Being the first point of contact for enquiries and event sales
Effectively communicate and liaise with clients to understand and accomplish all requirements
Conducting meetings with clients to gather information before and after the event. You will attain the customer's expectations relating to time and specification requirements
Scheduling and coordination of all activities relating to the event
Hosting events; including online events and webcasts
Provide solutions and resolve service issues as they occur
Manage participation in conferences
Update job information and databases by communicating with managers and other departments within the company
Any other reasonable requests within your scope of skills To be considered for this position, you must be customer centred with at least one years experience working in a customer service role. It is also required that you are proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. Naturally, you will be creative and adaptable in all aspects of your role. You will have a high attention to detail with an organised, professional work ethic. It is also imperative that you are able to multi-task and meet objectives within tight deadlines. Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and video streaming would also be highly desirable.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a Graduate, however equivalent experience will also be considered.
