Description		Background on Role/Area: Our client is a motor finance business, providing asset based lending via the motor trade & selected intermediaries. Due to the rapid expansion of the business this new role has been created. Reporting to the UK Finance & Insurance Specialist, the jobholder will be based in England / Wales and will be responsible for increasing insurance and add-on sales through Direct and Intermediary channels coupled with Dealer enhancement of finance & insurance income. Key Responsibilities: Develop external relationships through Selective Development and Coaching for Dealer Teams Develop focussed bespoke modules to help the company intermediaries increase finance and insurance penetrations and income Ensure all company staff are fully competent with non funds based products Achieve Group insurance sales targets Devise incentive schemes for add-on sales for Intermediaries and staff. Advise on other add-on products within the market place and implement for the company where feasible Key Requirements: Proven sales track record within motor finance Proven business development and coaching record Good working knowledge of Microsoft software Evidence of strong communication skills Demonstrable presentational skills including the assembly & delivery of modules to Motor Intermediaries High degree of flexibility required with extensive travel commitments expected
