Motor Trade Job, Service Supervisor, Peterborough Area
£23 - £30k (dep on experience & hours worked)
45 hours per week on a rota to cover 7.30am to 6pm
My client, a National Company, is seeking a Service Supervisor to ensure the service desk team effectively and efficiently delivers excellent customer service through a team of mobile engineers based nation wide. The successful candidate will need to meet and exceed performance and financial targets, delivering continual improvement to the service desk operation.
To be considered for this important role you will need to be a fully qualified Motor Trade Vehicle Technician (at Level 3 or more) who can demonstrate:
Supervisory/Management experience in a Motor Vehicle environment;
Previous financial performance responsibility;
Experience of working in a telephone support role;
Good admin and organisational skills;
Ability to prioritise and control;
Good IT skills, with SAP knowledge an advantage;
Ability to deal with a busy call desk and respond to pressure situations quickly;
Good personal image;
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner; and
A good standard of general education, eg, English, maths qualification.
