Description		Motor Trade Job, Business Manager required in Macclesfield, North Cheshire Basic: �16-18k OTE: �40k My client is looking to recruit an automotive Business Manager to enhance their motor trade Sales team. This position is open to current Automotive Business Managers with Main car Dealership experience, who can demonstrate strong skills in F&I sales. The Business Manager must have very strong paperwork skills, obviously be FSA accredited. You will need to have the drive and determination to guide the sales team to maximise all opportunities. Strong sales skills are essential Highly organised, you will be able to demonstrate the very highest levels of customer satisfaction and interaction. Both exciting and challenging, this position is open to candidates with an ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with our customers, and other team members is essential. The dealership is a relaxed working environment, so you must be able to adapt and fit in with the team. Motor Trade experience is essential.
