Motor Trade Main Job – Workshop Controller - Stockport, Cheshire.
Salary: £18,500k Basic OTE £23k
Our client a busy volume main car dealership within the motor trade, are looking to recruit a Workshop Controller to run their fast paced service department.
If you are a Qualified Technician and perhaps want to move up the ladder to a Workshop Controller this could be the next step for you.
The key attributes to this position is ORGANISATION SKILLS and the ability to DRIVE FORWARD the workshop. Good Man Management and Team Spirit skills are essential
As a proactive member of the dealership's management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward.
Good Attitude and presentation are essential in this role.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
