Description Electronic Automotive Engineer / Technical Writer – Buckinghamshire Łneg

Graduate/Experienced Electronic Automotive Engineer. Graduate or Experienced candidate to join my client as an ITS & Telematics Technical Analyst. Ideally you will have a background working with a vehicle manufacturer or tier 1 manufacturer in the Automotive or Telecommunications industries. Alternatively you may be a technical writer with experience analysing technical issues in the area of ITS/Telematics and automotive industry.


Responsibilities:

· Researching and writing of technical reports in the areas of automotive telematics and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)
· Field research followed by extensive analysis and the composition of easy to read, high quality, technical reports
· Attend and present at conferences and events
· Correspond with clients focussing on clients specific projects

You should have the ability to explain technological jargon clear and concise manner. The reports you will be writing need to be well structured, so planning skills are very important.


Knowledge of one or more of the following would is desirable but not essential:

· Automotive technology
· Telecommunications
· Telematics
· Electronics
· In-car entertainment
· Intelligent transport systems (ITS)
