Our client is currently looking for a motor trade commercial service advisor. A technical background would be an advantage, although not essential.
A background in the commercial sector would be also be advantageous.
However, a working knowledge of a busy service desk is essential.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is looking for a new challenge.
You will be keen to gain more experience in your proven area of expertise, as well as being receptive to innovative techniques and ways of working.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone using our in-house computer system. A smart appearance and attention to detail are also pre-requisites for this role.
Commercial Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Prebooking and Plannin Work- Inspections, MOT\'s, Folllow up Work
* Scheduling Vehicles
* Managing Workshop Loading
* Service Follow up Calls
* MOT Reminders
