Description		My client is one of the UKs' leading multi-franchised retail motor groups with a history dating back nearly 100 years. They operate a number of dealerships across England & cover various franchises including Volume, Niche, European & Prestige. The role requires someone to control & motivate the workshop team to achieve targets whilst maintaining a high level of CSI & retained profit. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential, but you must be computer literate, well presented & a good communicator.
