Our Client is seeking a Business Development / Telesales Executive in North West London to join their already successful team.
Main duties:
Follow up from the database of previous leads and clients to update their current requirements and attempt to gain/regain their business.
Finding opportunities and planning future follow up based on their servicing or other needs.
This role covers car sales, servicing, accessories and parts therefore good car knowledge and passion about cars is essential, although not to a technical level.
It is all proactive outbound phone based position, including some follow up of recent visits for customer service requirements, and helping the follow up to assist the Service Advisors.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to work on a PC, typing emails and letters as well as data input.
Ideally the candidate will demonstrate a record in sales/telesales/service advising or customer service.
This position might lead to a stepping stone into the car sales/service advising and customer service ability is key.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
