* Min 5years prior experience, preferably dealing with prestige, classic or exotic/sports cars.

* Technically competent with good modern technology awareness, ability to explain & prioritise work for clients.

* Well spoken, presentable, excellent communication skills both written & verbal, able to switch/cross/up sell & add value to all aspects of the service, parts & accessories business.

* Liaise & control technicians to ensure max efficiency of the workshop.

* Achieving outstanding customer satisfaction & building long term relationships.

* Proactively prospect & follow up from established database.

* Flexible, self starter, motivated, hardworking, PC skills, dedicated, team player, Sales skills.

Motor Trade experience is essential
