I am currently recruiting for an established and well respected automotive company.

The role
• Support the European National sales companies in achieving timely and accurate variable marketing payments to their networks.
• Develop a campaign management communication strategy in liaison with the Operations Manager
• Implement the commutations strategy including an escalation process
• Develop and maintain key matrices to demonstrate performance
• Establish a robust defect reporting process
• Facilitate initially, the working relationship between the Account Managers and Business Support and IT
• Produce and distribute the Campaigns Management e-news
• Develop and implement a launch plan for website material
• Support and development training material
• Act as a delegate for the Account Mangers as required during peak activities

Skills requires
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work as part of a team and effectively under pressure
• Organise ad manage a diverse workload effectively
• Well developed IT skills

Education preferred
• Degree-level qualification in Business or Finance - not essential
