Description		I am currently recruiting for an established and well respected automotive company. The role � Operations Account Manager � Support the European National Sales Companies in achieving timely and accurate variable marketing payments to their networks � Fully manage the relationship between Central Operations and several key European Markets � Maintain an agreed Service Level between Central Operations and your nominated European Accounts � Develop and maintain key metrics to demonstrate performance and pro-actively share with the Campaigns Management team � Efficiently and effectively manage allocated Program Writers � Ensure all variable marketing programs for your markets are written accurately and timely as per template proved by your nominated Companies � Manage the markets payment approval process to achieve the company's' agreed payments releasing dates to their dealers � Log all related queries � Provide the market with reports to manage their programs � coordinate meetings Skills requires � Occasional travel to European markets may b required � Ability to communicate effectively at all levels � Strong Business acumen and customer focus � Ability to work as part of a team Education preferred � Fluency in another European language would be an advantage but not essential � Previous supervisory/managerial experience is also desirable � Some prior experience in an analytical role A degree in Business or Finance You must be able to work in Basildon.
