An opportunity has arisen within a Motorcycle Main Dealer in East Sussex to pursue a fantastic career as a Brand Manager

This is a critical leadership position and requires an individual who is able to generate impressive results by increasing the profitability of both the sales and service departments.

Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site.

You will be responsible for the growth and development of all departments within the dealership and you will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance. Hard work and dedication is required for this role along with a proven track record in a similar job.

This role is challenging yet rewarding and suitable only for a top quality Manager who although may not currently work in a Motorbike dealership has a real passion for bikes and a real desire to work in this arena.
