Description		SALES MANAGER An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join this automotive retail franchise. The franchise is part of a reputable company that values its staff. Working as a member of the management team you will be an individual that thrives on achieving targets and be driven by results. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly performance objectives through managing the Sales Specialists and assisting them in their roles. As Sales Manager you will be focused on providing the highest level of customer service as well as achieving sales conversions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales process is managed effectively, including monitoring proactive activities as well as follow up calls. An understanding of business/finance management would also be a distinct advantage. This role is a key appointment and requires an experienced Sales Manager with an Automotive Retail Sales background . You will be a high achiever and have a passion for the automotive sector and thrive in a challenging environment. You will have excellent management skills combined with the ability to work to deadlines and achieve results.
