Key responsibilities include achieving monthly performance objectives through managing the Sales Specialists and assisting them in their roles. As Sales Manager you will be focused on providing the highest level of customer service as well as achieving sales conversions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales process is managed effectively, including monitoring proactive activities as well as follow up calls. An understanding of business/finance management would also be a distinct advantage.
