Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Senior Technician / MOT Tester in Stratford Upon Avon

An opportunity for a highly experienced / qualified mechanic who is looking to progress into first line management.

As a Senior Technician / MOT Tester you will be responsible for workshop loading, coaching and mentoring technicians as well as taking full control of the site in your manager's absence.

This is very much a hands-on role that requires a high degree of technical expertise as well as a personable and customer oriented approach.

We can offer a competitive salary plus an uncapped bonus with earnings around £26,000
