Successful fleet management company seeks capable/technical Workshop Manager for their business near Bicester.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a number of technical workshops across one site.

Lead, develop and motivate a team of more than 60 staff to provide a cost effective, professional and focused service to key clients.

You will manage the budget, and drive monitoring (and reporting) on productivity and quality. You will also liaise directly with clients.

An accomplished workshop manager, you have experience of leading large & diverse teams to provide a high quality & cost effective service with a variety of key brands.

A proven & personable man manager with a strong technical understanding, you are able to analyse and optimise your team performance & are well presented, articulate & at ease liaising at all levels.

Our client is a well established privately owned business offering comprehensive fleet maintenance services for manufacturers and fleet operators including the capability to prepare, de-fleet and remarket vehicles.

Base c.£38k, £7k Car Allow, 15% Bonus + Health Insurance.
