Service Advisor : Franchised Motor Dealer : Horsham : Salary : £17-22kBasic Plus £3k Bonus and Pension

Our Client are an expanding independent motor dealer group who represent and run both prestige and volume brands across several areas. They look to deliver the very highest levels of customer service across all aspects of their businesses. They offer the full range of sales, service and parts dealer facilities and in addition offer fleet, leasing, vehicle rental and body shop capabilities to ensure every customers requirement can be provided for.

Role:
The role will involve taking bookings from customers using a diary system, greeting the customers when they enter the showroom, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the work required and liaising with the customer and the workshop to ensure that all parties are updated as to the progress through the workshop and any additional work to be carried out and opportunities to up sell additional work. You will be responsible for the administration of the process including invoicing which you present to the customer and explain in detail on their return. You will be a strong sales person with a track record of the ability to sell additional services and required work to customers via the telephone or face to face. This is a very brief description of the role as their are numerous other parts to the role

Candidate:
Candidates will currently be working as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealer or a very similar role and have a proven track record of being able to offer the highest standards of customer care. It is essential that you come from a franchised car dealer background and have a stable working history. You need to be a confident communicator, well presented and have a professional and disciplined approach to your work at all times. You work well as part of a team and understand that you have to establish good working relationships to allow you to be able to do your job to the best of your ability. You have a clear understanding that customers come first and you have a friendly, consistent and process driven approach ensuring that your customers enjoy the highest standards of customer service. You will show high levels of initiative towards customers and work, constantly looking of ways to help or improve the service provided.

Applications from candidates with working experience with either Audi, Volkswagen, Seat or Skoda are preferred but are not essential.

Package:
A basic salary paid at £17,000 : 20,000k plus up sell bonus is available for the successful candidate.
