To manage the customer returns for the business, facilitate detailed investigation, RCCA and reporting to the customer. Analysis of customer returns and feedback of lessons learnt to appropriate areas of the Business.

Must have experience of matrix management, delegation, influence to ensure tasks are completed.

Computer literate, good communication skills at all levels, ability to distil knowledge, problem solving, demonstrate lean tool experience, can do attitude, ability to work on own initiative.
