Our client is an automotive dealership based in Oman; reporting to the Finance Manager they are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the receivables, payable, accounting, payroll, audit, expenses & reimbursement activities of the company while ensuring that internal control systems and accounting procedures as laid down by the company are adhered to.
Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA or equivalent).
University degree in a financial or accounting discipline.
Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as accounting automation, insurance, financial reporting and cash management. Minimum Experience:
7 - 8 years' accounting experience in a large industrial organisation.
4 years' management/supervisory experience within an accounting environment.
Experience of interacting with external auditors and representatives of national/international financial institutions. Skills:
