Our client, an international automotive supplier are seeking to appoint a Structures Engineer to their dynamic team.

The purpose of this role will be to carry out all phases of assigned analysis projects. Including finite element modelling, results review, hand calculations and report preparation to support other departments and clients, Working closely other memebrs of the team.

Suitable candidates for this position will be able to create finite Element Models from CAD data using Hyper-Mesh pre-processing software. Familiarity with ABQUS and LS-DYNA finite element solvers would also be beneficial. The ability to demonstrate advanced problem solving skills such as corelation studies would be highly desirable. Some exposure to vehicle dynaics a, ADAM and Matlab would be of great benefit.
