Our client is seeking Senior Analysis engineers to join their Design and Analysis Department.

Supporting civil and military aircraft programmes, you will perform technical analysis in the disciplines of stress and fatigue while having an awareness of industry standards and regulations.

As well as being fully conversant with traditional analysis methods, you will use the latest technology such as PATRAN, NASTRAN/ABAQUS, nCode and DYTRAN, making you an essential component in our development and support programmes. Experience in static strength and classical fatigue analysis is essential whilst experience in strain life and fracture mechanics techniques is desirable.

Your capability in finite element analysis should include beam modelling and detailed solid modelling, with large models and complex boundary conditions. A good working knowledge of aerospace materials would be advantageous.

You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline. The ability to speak another language or experience of working overseas would be an advantage.
