AIT Scrum Master

An AIT SCRUM master/ Software Project Manager is required to work for one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of satellite systems, based in Portsmouth. Experience in Agile software developments, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting, leading and coordinating software development activities throughout the project including key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.

Qualifications and skills:
·Agile project development / management
·Knowledge of remote communication technologies and service oriented architecture
·Software development process and methodology (CMM; ISO 12207; SSADM; UML; etc.)
Previous experience
·The candidate should have knowledge in the field of software development.
·Previous experience in the development of applications running on Windows OS, ideally in the context of the .NET framework
·Software architecture experience (relational databases and distributed applications) on projects with multiple stakeholders
·Test Software development and support experience would be desirable
·Software development process knowledge and previous experience of process support (audits, process improvement initiatives, etc.)
