Service Advisor

TEMP TO PERM ROLE

This successful and professional main dealership requires a Service Advisor to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a fantastic package with a well established dealership. Your duties will include:

Meeting and Greeting customers
Booking/Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop system
Arranging Service Loan Cars - Scheduling and appointment management
Calling customers to gain authorisation for the completion of work
Invoicing - including explanation of invoices to customers
Up-spelling additional products to customers in relation to service and parts
Managing the tracking of customer vehicles from booking to hand over to customer

You MUST have motor trade experience and experience working in a service environment is essential. This is a great chance to work within a successful dealership that rewards success and hard work.

You will have also good computer skills , have excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and an excellent eye for details. Previous experience working with Pinnacle would be highly advantageous.
