Project Manager

Leadership of project activities relating to Automotive infotainment products for our OEM customers.

o Responsible for project delivery towards with our customer including documentation, timing and co-ordination of development with our factory in Japan.
o Communication with factory, local engineers and customer project teams.
o Organising and managing project meetings internally and with the customer.
o Lead and organise project teams for internal and customer projects.
o Manage concept phase, pre-study phase and/or project phase in the concerned project as necessary.
o Support of change request control, feature rollout management and software delivery to Customer.
o Represent the company development interests towards the Customer and ensure that the Customer's intention and ideas are communicated to the development engineers.
o Opportunities to travel to development centre in Japan and overseas field testing.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
o Proven Automotive Experience, either at OEM or Tier 1 Supplier.
o Proven knowledge about project management.
o Strong understanding of the Automotive product development process.
o Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering based education and/or experience.
o Infotainment system and component engineering knowledge.
o Knowledge of Automotive Displays (Touch screen, Dual View, Rear seat entertainment)
o Previous experience of Japanese company would be advantage.
